Building

Three things,
one idea.

Take what only large organizations could afford, and hand it to the people who could never buy it. That is the whole thesis. Everything below is a version of it.

01

The Future Delivered

Advisory, custom builds, and platforms

The Future Delivered is the practice. It started as AI advisory for organizations that were being told AI was becoming table stakes, and were being sold tooling and strategy designed for companies ten times their size.

It has since grown into three connected lines of work. Advisory, where the output is a clear decision and not a slide deck. Custom builds, where we write the actual software and sites, including turnkey packages for working bands and solo artists. And platforms, where we own and operate the product ourselves.

Every engagement is led by me directly. There is no junior team the work gets handed to after the sale.

02

hyperlink

Managed marketplace for local technology talent

A business describes a technology problem in plain language. Hyperlink scopes it, fixes the price before any work starts, matches it to a vetted local technologist, manages delivery, and owns the outcome. One contact, one bill.

It is not a job board and not a freelancer directory. The point is to keep technical work and technical talent in the same community, instead of exporting both to an out-of-state contractor while local graduates leave for bigger markets.

Physical locations are planned at the University of South Alabama and the Innovation Portal in Mobile. Co-founded with Jay Maru. Hyperlink is a project of The Future Delivered.

03

The Stage Finder

Booking marketplace for performers and venues

The local live music economy runs on text messages, word of mouth, and a venue manager who may or may not answer. The Stage Finder replaces that with real infrastructure: a profile and booking page for every performer, a way for venues to find and book them, and payments handled end to end.

It is free for performers. There is no cut taken out of what an artist earns for playing, which is the part most booking platforms get wrong.

The Stage Finder is built and operated by The Future Delivered, and it powers booking on the artist sites we build.

Innovation Portal

Board Chair

Innovation Portal is the innovation hub in Mobile that connects founders and early stage companies with the organizations, mentorship, and capital that can actually move them forward. I serve as Board Chair, working on the strategies that link local innovators to large organizations.

It is the same problem as everything else on this page, viewed from the governance side of the table.

Curious how any of
this could fit?

Whether it is advisory work, a build, or one of the platforms, the first step is the same. Tell me what you are trying to solve.
