About
The short version
I build things that make organizations faster and simpler, then I hand them over and go build the next one.
For most of two decades that meant working inside large organizations across healthcare technology, healthcare services, retail, and financial services. I built data analytics functions from nothing in mid and large market firms. I stood up robotic process automation departments that took real cost and real drudgery out of operations. I ran innovation programs that had to survive contact with a budget cycle, which is the only honest test of one.
Most recently I served as Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at TruBridge, a public company supporting community and rural hospitals, after joining as Chief Innovation Officer. Before that I led innovation and strategy at BrightSpring Health Services and built analytics and visualization functions at FinThrive. Earlier in my career I worked in consulting and enterprise technology at IBM, WebMD, and Hess.
Today I run The Future Delivered from Mobile, Alabama. The practice does AI advisory work, builds custom software and sites, and owns and operates two platforms of its own. I serve as Board Chair at Innovation Portal, the innovation hub connecting Gulf Coast founders with the organizations and capital that can move them forward.
I hold a Master of Arts in Information Management Systems from Harvard University and an MBA from Seton Hall University. I am NACD Directorship Certified and a 2024 Fellow of the American College of Health Data Management.

Founder and Principal
Founded the practice to close the gap between what large enterprises can afford in technology guidance and what everyone else gets. Grew it from AI advisory into custom builds and, now, two platforms the firm owns and operates: hyperlink and The Stage Finder.
Chief Technology and Innovation Officer
Led technology and innovation for a public company serving community and rural hospitals. Previously Chief Innovation Officer there, where the mandate was to find and execute the initiatives that would move growth and operating efficiency.

Stood up an Innovation Center of Excellence responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

Off the clock
I live and work on the Gulf Coast. A good bit of what The Future Delivered builds now traces back to being here: watching talented people leave for bigger markets, watching small businesses get sold technology built for someone else, watching working musicians play four nights a week and still book every gig by text message.
I play guitar, badly enough to have real sympathy for the people who do it well, which is part of how The Stage Finder came to exist.
